I'm a hardware-native Product Manager with six years building and shipping physical tech products — from smart consumer electronics to marine robotics. I've led cross-functional engineering teams, owning product roadmaps, SDLC, and feature delivery from concept through mass production.

My background started in electronics engineering and robotics, and I've worked across mechanical and software domains as well. Experienced in product roadmapping and people leadership, I've built a track record of aligning engineering teams and business stakeholders toward a shared vision. ADAS for Electric Outboard Motors

Position Hold, Heading Hold, and 360° motion control for electric boats. Built a ROS2/C++ sensor fusion library fusing IMU + GPS via a Kalman Filter (2m position, 0.5° orientation accuracy), plus a custom Jetson Nano PCB extension board for Ethernet, PoE, CAN/RS485, and USB.

Underwater ROV

A dual-layer, modular ROV built for the MATE ROV Competition: 11kg, 550×515×300mm, 5 degrees of freedom, 75+ hours flight-tested. Designed waterproof STM32 PCBs for IMU and pressure sensing, CAN bus communication between modules, and Kalman-filtered auto depth/heading stabilization. Placed 1st internationally in 2017.
